Hi, I submitted an order, which says the key can be found on the order summary, but it is not present.
I do not have a button/link to reveal the key.
I submitted a request, but also commenting on here in case that's easier.
I only got the mesage “Paymen tis beeing authorised” and no “reveal key” button. Then I got a message in my banking app that the money is booked, but i haven recieved a mail or anything from 2game?!

Why does an order #SGP714W15VBOJKR of Hearts of Iron IV that I purchased show a purchase problem and suggest contacting support? I clicked the 'Reveal Key' button in the order, but nothing happened and the key didn't show up.
I used WeChat Pay to purchase the order on 2/18/2026. WeChat shows the payment was successful and there is a payment receipt. Will I get the game's CD key after payment, or do I need a refund?
