There are a few different scenarios where you might encounter issues regarding the direct activation of products.
If you are experiencing problems activating the product you purchased and are encountering errors along the way.

Another Option is switching the device you are using. For example trying from your mobile phone, tablet, etc.
If you have changed your Password prior to connecting to the desired Ubisoft account via the order you might experience an error. It will take some time for the new credentials to become available to use via the connecting API.
